The used bulbs came out of / were in a hampton bay ceiling fan.included are 2 and 1 brand new compact florescent light bulbs, tpc 33014M we thought we had blown bulb ordered replacement. Unable to find a replacement ballast, we installed new ceiling fan, so the 3 bulbs being listed are no longer needed, look at other listings for used ballast that also came out of light kit, and 2 remotes needed. I'verified that all 3 of the listed bulbs are good using existing ballast. It turned out that the tpc 10214 compact ballast had gone bad.
